Delivery & Shipping Policy

WHITE GLOVE SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS: (Available within 100 miles of our warehouse)​

  • We offer same day delivery for furniture items that are in stock.

  • Delivery charges range from $64.99 to $119.99 and are calculated based off the distance from our warehouse to the Customer's residence. 

  • Delivery charges for homes and apartment buildings up to 2 flight of stairs included. Any additional flight of stairs a fee of $10 will be added to the delivery charge.

  • Boxed or Packaged furniture item(s) are delivered directly to the selected room and are unwrapped, the delivery team is not responsible for removing any boxes or packaging.

  • Customer's are responsible for inspecting the furniture item(s) before the delivery team leaves. Any damages reported after the delivery team leaves, the Customer will be responsible for bringing back the furniture item(s) in its original packaging to the warehouse.

  • Any damages or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must be picked up from the warehouse.

  • ASSEMBLY NOT INCLUDED.  

 

IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR WHITE GLOVE SAME DAY DELIVERY 

  • The delivery team will call you 1-2 hours before delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the delivery teams schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to help the transport of your purchase.

  • We deliver Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, and provide a 2 to 4 hours delivery window.

  • Please make sure not to miss your delivery appointment or else you will incur additional delivery fees such as re-delivery and storage costs.

 

OUT OF STATE SHIPPING (CURBSIDE)

  • For large merchandise item(s) such as Livingroom, Bedroom and Dining Room sets, shipping charges range from $399.99 to $499.99  and are subject to change anytime.

  • For small merchandise item(s) such as beds, coffee tables and accessories, shipping charges range from $99.99 to $249.99 and are subject to change anytime.

  • Shipping rates are based off the weight of the merchandise item(s) and palletization measurements. Additional charges may apply depending on Customer requests, such as purchasing additional merchandise item(s), shipping insurance, etc.

  • NZR Furniture recommends before placing an order at checkout, please contact us at  +1(832) 670-6897 or info@nzrfurniture.com to get an estimated quote for shipping, as rates may change.

  • We use standard freight ground shipping for all our merchandise item(s) and are delivered with in 5 -7 business days.

  • The freight carrier delivers to the curb or end of driveway outside the requested delivery address. 

  • Customer's will be responsible for transport beyond that point and must be present to receive the order.

  • Assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging not included.

  • Orders in stock take approximately up to 1-2 business days to be set up for shipment at which point the Customer's will receive an email notification or sms text. 

  • Once the delivery company has picked up the order you will receive an email or text with the tracking information along with a live  video of your item(s) being loaded.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.

 

IMPORTANT ***DISCLAIMER FOR OUT OF STATE SHIPPING 

  • NZR Furniture reserves to right cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice. 

  • We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory manufactured condition unless stated or requested otherwise. Likewise, we make every effort by meticulous palletizing and/or thorough packaging to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise.

  • For curbside deliveries, it is Customer’s responsibility to un-package the furniture items and move the items into the home. If damage has occurred to the furniture during shipment, Customer must refuse the shipment and immediately notify NZR Furniture to file a claim against the freight company.

  • In certain cases, NZR Furniture, at its whole discretion, may choose to arrange a repair service when/where possible and/or applicable. Monetary compensation of any amount will never be an option, if insurance or freight liability or repair is a possible remedy of any level or kind.

  • By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of TX where our HQ is located.

FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE ON SELECT ITEMS 

  • NZR Furniture offers free delivery on select items which have are marked on the website with a ribbon (🔥FREE SHIPPING🔥).

  • At check out please select free shipping from the drop down menu.
