NZR Furniture was founded in 2015 as an online business.
Our goal was to keep our overhead costs as low as possible so that our customers could enjoy the perks of lower prices.
We do not have a big store with high electricity bills, outrageous rent, etc. etc. Working out of a small warehouse allows us to keep our prices below retail prices of big stores.
How do I return an item if Damaged?
Please keep the box and packing material the item came in. If it is a small part, most likely we can handle that through shipping so be prepared to make sure we know the part you need. If it is a large part, we will need the entire item (box and packing material) to replace it. We must be notified of any problems within 3 days of you receiving your item(s).
All Sales are final we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure you are committed to the purchase before buying.
We offer delivery drop off only, we don't assemble. Delivery is based off your zip code on how far you are from our warehouse. Customer are allowed to pick up from the warehouse.
